Review the DEP profile status of managed Apple devices
To locate the DEP management status of a device:
- Select the Devices tab in top navigation.
- Select one or more device names from the list.
- In the right panel, choose Device Details.
- Scroll down to Auto-Enrollment to locate the DEP Profile Status.
| Status | Definition |
|---|---|
| Assigned | Apple DEP has received a profile and it is ready to be assigned to the device. |
| Empty | A profile has never been assigned to the device. |
| Pushed | A profile has been delivered to the activated device. |
| Removed | A profile was assigned to the device but has been removed. The device will no longer be managed by KACE Cloud once reactivated. |
